Since leaving the estate agency industry I decided that I wanted to do something which incorporated my extensive experience in the property industry.

The best option for me was to start my own cleaning company, something which I am extremely passionate about.

Working with both landlords and tenants, the cleanliness of a property is a huge part of rentals. Landlords want to ensure that when tenants move into their property that it is in the best condition it can be,so that essentially when the tenancy ends the tenants leaves the property in the same condition. Sadly, this is not always the case and the tenants deposits is so often sacrificed because of the state of the property at the end of the rental period. 

Sharpe cleaners ensure's that the property has the deepest clean possible. We do not compromise the time that we spend cleaning in a property and will not leave until its up to a specific standard.

Moving is a stressful time,  as boxes of memories vacate your home it is important for the next owners to feel as relaxed and at ease as possible at the daunting prospect of moving into there new property.
